Oh the twists & turns of life! No hurries. No worries, Mate. What is perceived as a roadblock is often the Universe buying time & waiting for the Perfect “who, what, when, where & why” to take shape (seems to me more like a Rubik’s Cube than a jigsaw puzzle). A better plan is percolating than we could have ever cooked up.
“He goes before us to make the crooked places straight”. ~ Charan Singh

“There is a Divine Plan behind everything, and if we allow ourselves to be used by that unseen Force…many things can happen in a mysterious, miraculous way…” ~ Satchidananda
Twists & turns will happen for our own Spiritual growth if nothing else! If we ask God for Patience or Faith, He won’t just hand it over. He’ll give us the opportunity to learn it & earn it. God sees the big picture.
The Divine Creative Force is the Source, THE Knower & Doer. Release the burden of thinking you have to go it alone & take a deeeeep breath…

I know a couple people who are dealing with potentially fatal illnesses. Even in the midest of this, they have learned to lean on God during “the hard stuff”. I have, myself, experienced some of this in the past year. I have learned to “surrender” – but not in a negative way. In a way that ‘accepts’ and helps me see my future in a different light than I had before. It is SO TRUE that “twists and turns” happen for our own spiritual growth. It’s in the most challenging times that we grow the most.
Thank you, Maggie.

Surrender is not giving up, it’s letting go. A subtle, but substantial difference. I see it as laying down my backpack of burdens & letting God do His thing.
I’m sorry to hear about the suffering of you & your friends dear Renee. The Buddha knew…suffering is & will always live among us. I think our edict as humans is to find our Spirit and let It guide us Home.

I know Blues! Thank you for your feedback! I need often remind myself of these things as well. I always want to be “in the know” about the future, especially. Trust & patience can be difficult to maintain at times. Thus, we need to cheer on one another. 🙂
Warm Regards,
Maggie
