Every one and every place has an Energy dynamic of its own. And I love this place where the confluence of energies, people with shared interests, art, history, environment (and yummy food), come together in timeless beauty. I have been vacationing in this small village of Mendocino, CA, since my youth in the 1970’s. Even though it has had many faces throughout the years, from low-scale to up-scale (and in spite of resistance, just recently succumbed to cell phones and wifi), I feel that it has managed to maintain its integrity.

As with all places of natural beauty, my mind and heart is always taken back to the indigenous inhabitants that came before me. We are all about our history, though we tend more often than not to forget the past in the quest to move forward. But just for now, this moment, I am so grateful for this lovely place…its past, present and future.
