My honey bear, Sparky, is a willing and able Assistant. At the office, Sparky comforts young and old with a ready smile and open embrace, a soft body to hug, and lean on, when feeling down. Sparky and I do our best to raise Spirits… 🙂

Yes Amy, that would be my friend Sunshine. She knits bears for the “Mother Bear” Project, to be shared with AIDS orphans in Africa. She just recently finished her 100th bear. I’m so lucky that one Christmas not long ago, she was inspired to gift me with one of her bears, who a client aptly nick-named “Sparky”. 🙂 There is a link to the project on my Blogroll, if you know any knitters who would be interested. I’m crafty, but not in that way. 🙂
